About Us
Welcome to the Eastridge Park Neighborhood!
The Eastridge Park Homeowners’ Association (EPHOA) represents the 107 properties in the Eastridge Park neighborhood in the City of Portland and within Multnomah County. The first homes in this development were built in the mid-1980’s. Our association owns several easements between homes as well as narrow strips of land surrounding the entire neighborhood. Beyond this strip, much of the land is owned by the City of Portland and is designated as environmentally protected green space. Deer, raccoons, and other wildlife are often seen in the green areas around our neighborhood. And while rarely seen, coyotes also live in these forested areas – you may hear their “yipping” on some summer evenings.
The EPHOA is a self-managed, volunteer HOA consisting of an elected Board of Directors and Board appointed Architectural Control Committee (ACC). It is the duty of the Board and ACC to enforce the neighborhood Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R’s) and Bylaws and make decisions in the best interest of the neighborhood to protect property values and livability. Board meetings are held at least quarterly.
Our annual meeting is held every May. You will receive a written notice 30 days in advance of the meeting. In addition, the HOA collects dues each January. Annual dues are currently less than $200.
All homeowners must abide by the requirements set forth in the neighborhood CC&R’s and Bylaws, so we encourage you to read these documents. The rules and requirements in these documents help protect the value of our homes and enhance and maintain the livability of our neighborhood.
