Change of Procedure |
The ACC has moved to an electronic process for project reviews. Please complete and submit the Project Review form online. Once you complete the form, an email will be sent to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). An ACC member will arrange a site visit, if necessary, and may request that you forward appropriate drawings, plans and information regarding your specific project. Your request will then be reviewed by the ACC for approval. It is recommended that property owners review the CC&Rs as they apply to your specific project request. Construction projects must adhere to Construction Noise Regulations, Monday through Saturday, 7am-6pm. Homeowners are responsible for obtaining any city permits required; the ACC may request to see the approved permits as a condition of approval.
A Word version of the Project Review Form can be requested by emailing an ACC member or through the "Contact Us" page.

Mailbox Repair Project |
Following the pressure washing of the mailbox stands, the contractor submitted his evaluation and bid for repairs to 25 of the 27 stands. His bid was $19,625--from small repairs to half or complete rebuilds of the stands.
The Board has approved the repairs, to be completed over a two-year period. A decision was made to spread the project out due to cost and to avoid a special assessment. Half the cost will be paid this summer, the remaining half, next summer.
We have left it up to the contractor to determine which mail stands will be worked on and when.
